I'm Ben Connealy, Connealy Corporation's founder and CEO. I have extensive leadership experience in the government and private sector. I believe in working closely with clients to undersand their vision, forming plans that include the necessary tactical elemnets, then rallying the team around the vision and leading from the front.

After serving in the Nebraska Army Nartional Guard as a Platoon Leader, I moved to San Diego, California. I then spent five years as a business owner in private enterprise before earning my MBA from the University of California, San Diego. Leveraging my education and experience, I then worked as a Startegic Market researcher for Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR - now NIWC). In that role, I advised SPAWAR leadership on how they might better communicate their core competencies to prospective clients within the federal government. I was very successful in that position and upon contract completion, SPAWAR leadership created a Sr. Business Analyst position for me in their Corporate Strategy branch. In that role, I analyzed large datasets to identify trends in the flows of time and resources through SPAWAR. The product of this work was the production of interactive data visualizations summarizing information found in the data for the executive director. From there, I took a job working for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery as a Regional Portfolio Manager. In that role, I managed a team of Project Managers and was responsible for the development and application of Project Management governance, oversight, and reporting standards for 13 Navy hospitals, and the Fleet, in the United States and Asia.
